Design/Build project delivery system

Using Platinum Construction Corporation's Design/ Build construction project delivery system, all design and construction aspects are contracted through one office. Design/Build with Platinum Construction Corporation minimizes risk for an Owner and reduces the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase with certain Construction processes, saving the Owner valuable time and money. The Platinum team will assist the consultants during the design stage. Utilizing their experience from being in business for over 25 years by providing expertise and Value Engineering. Making sure the Consultants select materials, structure types, roof systems, windows, finishes, etc.. that all fit within the parameters of the Owner's budget. Once a preliminary design is finalized, Platinum will prepare a project Budget which will be used as a base-line to track the entire development to project completion.
